PRODUCTION OF THREE YARN KNITTED FABRICS

It is a type of knitting obtained by using jump, hanger and loop elements together in single plate circular knitting machines. The surface appearance of three-yarn knits is as in two yarns, on the front side is the loop (jersey) knitting surface and on the reverse side, the yarn floats formed by the jumps, but unlike the two yarns, the connection thread is used between the fabric surfaces by providing a suspension between the skipping and loop rows. In this way, a fuller, high weight and tight fabric structure is obtained.

Three yarn braids consist of at least 6 systems. Dozens of types of three-yarn knitted surfaces can be produced by changing the connection (hanger) points of the yarns forming the pile surface, increasing or decreasing the use of colored yarn, changing the number of systems and giving different effects.

In the knitting pattern consisting of at least 4 needles, the 1st system 1st needle hangs and the other needles jump. In the 2nd system, all the needles make the hanger movement, in the 3rd system all the needles make the loop movement. In the 4th system, while the 2nd needle makes the hanger movement, the other needles make a jumping movement. In the 5th system, all the needles are hanging, in the 6th system, all the needles are looping and the knitting report is completed..

KNITTING THE SAMPLE

After the steel settings and yarn delivery settings are made on the machine, an average of one meter of fabric is knitted to control the settings of the machine. While the machine is running, it should first be operated slowly in a controlled manner. In order to prevent possible work accidents and mistakes, unnecessary materials on the machine should be removed and fabric formation should be carefully monitored.
